As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, you will steer the technical direction and architecture of bespoke software solutions. This role involves guiding teams through the entire design and delivery lifecycle, establishing robust development standards, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and performant code aligned with business objectives.

You will own the technical strategy, driving innovation and ensuring the successful implementation of custom software. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles and a passion for delivering excellence.

Lead the design and architecture of custom software solutions.

Guide engineering teams through the development and delivery process.

Establish and enforce development standards for code quality and performance.

Ensure solutions are scalable and meet business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and strategies.

Conduct technical reviews and provide mentorship to team members.

Own the technical vision and execution for custom software projects.

Possess extensive hands-on experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA, ideally version 2020x or higher, focusing on functional aspects within a PLM ecosystem for end-to-end software system configurations.

Demonstrate mastery of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), including designing test plans, creating complex test cases, preparing specialized test data within CATIA, and validating results from unit to integration testing.

Exhibit a strong understanding of testing architectures like White Box and Black Box testing, coupled with experience in Agile frameworks, including sprints and iterative deployments.

Possess the technical ability to manage Product Configurations and Variants, critical for industries with complex product structures.

Show knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools to streamline software system validation and efficiently execute repetitive functional tests in CATIA.

Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in functional testing with 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA 2020x or above.

This role requires 15 years of full-time education and is based in our Bengaluru office.
