Lead the technical vision and architecture for custom software solutions, guiding teams from design through successful delivery. Establish development best practices and ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of code align with business goals.

This role is central to creating new systems, involving every step from the initial concept and planning to coding, documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. You'll be part of a product team, collaborating with other professionals to bring innovative software to life.

- Develop and implement robust, secure, and maintainable software. - Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, performance, and UI testing, alongside test automation and manual QA. - Design and optimize databases. - Manage and maintain build pipelines, associated infrastructure, and middleware. - Champion software craftsmanship, focusing on internal quality, clean code, peer reviews, and pair programming. - Identify opportunities for synergies, optimizations, and refactoring. - Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate features, plan projects, and provide expert consultation, sharing insights into the business domain. - Oversee the operation and monitoring of delivered software and products. - Provide third-level support. - Manage releases and handle special responsibilities as needed. - Work collaboratively with developers, Product Owners, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Proven experience with Java Enterprise Edition, ideally with a minimum of 3 years in this domain. - Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language and framework. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Commitment to clean code principles. - Experience with various software development methodologies such as TDD, BDD, ATDD, and Pair Programming. - Creative approach to developing innovative and effective solutions. - High level of ownership and dedication to the product. - Excellent communication skills, enabling effective consultation with stakeholders and team members. - A 15-year full-time education is mandatory for this role.
