- Proven expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is essential. - Familiarity with ServiceNow Now Assist is advantageous. - Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns for custom development. - Ability to assess and enhance code quality, system scalability, and performance. - Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and managing complex software projects. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes is expected. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow SPM is required. A total of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite.
