Drive the technical direction and architecture for custom software solutions as a Custom Software Engineering Lead. This role involves guiding development teams through the entire design and delivery process, establishing robust development standards, and ensuring high levels of code quality, scalability, and performance. Align technical strategies with overarching business objectives and foster a culture of innovation.

Develop and maintain custom CAA applications for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform according to design specifications. Leverage technologies like C++, EKL scripting, C#, and Java to integrate CAA applications and server/client scripts seamlessly with the 3DEXPERIENCE Native apps platform. Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for developed applications. Understanding core native app concepts such as the data model, data setup, server business logic, and metadata configuration will be advantageous.

A minimum of 4+ years of experience in 3DExperience/Catia/Enovia customization is required. Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization is essential. Experience with EKL business logic, know-how apps, and data setup is necessary. Expertise in 3DX platform customization using CAA and exposure to 3DEXPERIENCE webservices is a significant plus. Candidates should be capable of understanding and contributing to technical solutions from design through to code level, providing solutions, and mentoring team members. Ownership of individual tasks, including implementation and bug fixing, ensuring on-time delivery with quality, and extending support to the team when needed are key expectations. Adherence to best practices and coding standards for Enovia API/EKL/CAA is important. Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, and Jira is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory.
