Lead the technical direction and architecture for custom software solutions, guiding teams from design through delivery. As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for the complete technical vision and architectural framework of custom software initiatives. Your leadership will guide teams through the entire development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to stringent development practices and the delivery of scalable, efficient solutions that meet organizational goals.

- Oversee the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software solutions. - Lead teams through the design and delivery phases of projects. - Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance. - Create and record test cases, preparing test data within the 3DExperience DELMIA environment. - Review test plans, test cases, and validate test results. - Own and support unit and integration testing processes. - Demonstrate awareness of testing concepts, including white box and black box testing.

- Minimum 3 years of overall experience required. - Possess at least 4 years of experience with Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA. - Proven experience with 3DExperience DELMIA 2020x or higher, specifically in functional testing. - Strong functional knowledge of 3DExperience DELMIA. - Familiarity with Test Automation techniques. - Experience with Azure cloud is beneficial. - Experience working in an Agile project environment is preferred. - Possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. - Must be a strong team player. - A full-time education spanning 15 years is a mandatory requirement.
