Drive the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software solutions as a Custom Software Engineering Lead. You will guide development teams through the entire lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices, code quality, scalability, and performance aligned with business objectives.

This role emphasizes leadership in designing and delivering robust software, maintaining high standards, and ensuring optimal system performance. Collaboration with stakeholders to achieve project success and a cohesive technical strategy are integral to daily operations.

Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform across various environments (on-premises and cloud). Manage user access, roles, and licenses securely.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform health checks to guarantee high availability. Coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and migrations with relevant teams and vendor support.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and operational workflows. Proactively address system bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and integration challenges. Leverage automation for reporting and license management.

Expertise in DSLS License Trigram management is crucial for this position.

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in administering the 3DEXPERIENCE platform is required.

Demonstrated success in supporting cross-functional teams utilizing 3DX for product lifecycle management, design, or simulation is essential. Experience within agile or structured IT project environments, including change and release management, is highly valued.

Possess strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision is key.

Proficiency in end-to-end 3DEXPERIENCE platform administration (R2023x+), including environment setup and troubleshooting across ENOVIA, CATIA, SIMULIA, and 3DSpace services.

Solid understanding of infrastructure and system operations, including OS (Windows/Linux), databases (SQL Server/Oracle), and app servers (Tomcat/Apache). Experience with security, access, and network management, including LDAP/AD/SSO integration, firewalls, and SSL/TLS.

Skills in automation, deployment, and source control using scripting (Python/PowerShell/Shell) and CI/CD pipelines, along with Git/SVN management. Expertise in designing, testing, and executing disaster recovery and platform resilience plans is also necessary.
