Lead the technical direction and architecture for custom software solutions, guiding development teams from design through delivery. Establish robust development standards to ensure high code quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with key business objectives.

This role involves comprehensive administration and maintenance of 3DEXPERIENCE and ENOVIA platforms across all environments, including Development, QA/UAT, and Production. You will be responsible for environment setup, configuration, ongoing maintenance, and vigilant platform monitoring.

A critical part of the role includes managing users, roles, licenses, organizations, access controls, and security protocols. You will also play a vital role in troubleshooting platform, application, connectivity, and performance-related issues, providing essential production support and incident resolution.

Administer and maintain 3DEXPERIENCE and ENOVIA platforms across Development, QA/UAT, and Production environments. Perform environment setup, configuration, maintenance, and platform monitoring. Manage users, roles, licenses, organizations, access, and security. Troubleshoot platform, application, connectivity, and performance-related issues. Provide production support, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis. Support production releases, deployments, upgrades, patches, and hotfixes. Manage and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and capacity. Collaborate with infrastructure, database, engineering, and business teams to resolve technical issues. Support SQL Server activities, including queries, troubleshooting, and database-related validations. Maintain environment configurations, technical documentation, and deployment procedures.

A solid foundation in 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA Administration or PLM Infrastructure is essential, complemented by strong hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Administration and ENOVIA Administration.

You should possess proven experience in environment setup, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting, along with a deep understanding of user, role, license, and security management.

Experience with production support, upgrades, patching, and release management is crucial. Familiarity with SQL Server / SQL and exposure to CI/CD and deployment automation are highly valued. A good grasp of performance monitoring and infrastructure support, combined with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, will ensure success in this role.
