As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, you will drive the technical vision and architectural framework for tailored software solutions.

This role involves guiding development teams through the entire lifecycle, from design to implementation. You'll be instrumental in setting development standards, ensuring code quality, and optimizing for scalability and performance to meet business objectives.

Your expertise will align technical outcomes with broader organizational goals, fostering collaboration to deliver robust and efficient software products.

Develop and maintain custom CAA applications for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform according to design specifications.

Utilize technologies including C++, EKL scripting, C#, and JAVA to build and enhance applications.

Seamlessly integrate CAA applications and server/client scripts with the 3DEXPERIENCE Native apps platform.

Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for developed applications. Awareness of Core Native apps concepts, such as data model, data setup, server business logic, and metadata configuration, is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required for this role, with a preference for candidates possessing 5+ years in 3DExperience/Catia/Enovia customization.

Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization is essential, including experience with EKL Business logics and 3DX Platform customization using CAA.

Familiarity with 3DEXPERIENCE webservices is a plus. You should be capable of understanding and contributing to technical solutions at a code level and providing mentorship to the team.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins/Git/Jira and excellent communication skills are also expected. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
