As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, you will guide development teams through the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to final delivery. Take ownership of the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery phases. Establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance align with business objectives.

Develop and customize solutions using 3DEXPERIENCE, including UI3, JPO, Triggers, and data model customization. Maintain custom Enovia widgets and dashboards for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as per design specifications.

Leverage technologies such as Java, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and potentially frameworks like Vue.js or React. Integrate widgets seamlessly with 3DEXPERIENCE webservices and provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for developed widgets.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a focus on Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization. Proficiency in 3DEXPERIENCE platform development, including Spinner, JPO, Data Model, Search, and RESTful APIs, is essential.

Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with frameworks like Vue/React/Node. Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE APIs such as ENOVIA, 3DSpace, 3DSearch, and Web App Framework (WAF) is necessary.

Candidates should possess experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and leadership abilities are crucial for this role. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory.
