As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, you will steer the technical vision and architectural design for bespoke software solutions. This role involves guiding development teams from inception through to successful delivery, establishing robust development standards, and ensuring software quality, scalability, and performance are in sync with business objectives. You will foster an environment of collaboration and innovation to achieve project goals effectively.

This is a full-time role requiring 2-5 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in custom software engineering. The position is based in our Bengaluru office.

Lead the development and customization of 3DEXPERIENCE using UI3, JPO, Triggers, and data model customizations.

Maintain and enhance custom Enovia widgets and dashboards for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform according to design specifications.

Develop integrations for widgets seamlessly with 3DEXPERIENCE webservices.

Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for developed widgets.

Contribute to the architectural direction and set development standards to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.

A strong foundation in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization is essential.

Expertise includes experience on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, with a solid understanding of Spinner, JPO, Data model, Search, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and data handling.

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Node.js is required.

Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE APIs (ENOVIA, 3DSpace, 3DSearch) and the Web App Framework (WAF) is crucial.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins is expected.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills are necessary.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE customization, widget development, and integration projects is mandatory. A 15-year full-time education is also required.
