Demonstrate proficiency in Amazon Connect, with a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience. Possess a strong understanding of designing and implementing scalable, cloud-based contact center solutions. Exhibit a solid grasp of telephony systems and their integration with CRM platforms. Capable of troubleshooting complex software environments and optimizing performance. Familiarity with scripting and automation for system enhancement is beneficial. A background of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
