This role involves participation in all phases of designing and creating new systems, from initial ideation and planning to actual coding, documentation, and rigorous testing. The process continues through deployment, ongoing maintenance, optimization, and support of the developed solutions.

Typically, these responsibilities are handled by a dedicated product team comprising Software Engineers and other professionals who share tasks and accountability, with each member contributing to a specific stage of the development process.

- Develop and implement efficient, secure, and maintainable software solutions. - Conduct comprehensive quality assurance, including unit, developer, integration, UI, and performance testing, alongside test automation and manual testing. - Design and optimize database structures. - Manage and maintain build pipelines, associated infrastructure, and middleware. - Uphold software craftsmanship principles, ensuring internal code quality through practices like clean code and peer reviews. - Identify opportunities for synergies, optimizations, and refactoring. - Engage with stakeholders for feature evaluation, planning, discussions, and consulting, sharing insights into the business domain. - Oversee operations and monitoring of delivered artifacts and products. - Provide third-level support. - Handle special responsibilities such as release management. - Collaborate closely with other developers, Product Owners, UX/UI designers, business and systems analysts, and other key stakeholders.

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Java Enterprise Edition is essential. - Demonstrated practical experience in at least one relevant programming language and framework. - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Commitment to adhering to clean code principles. - Experience with various software development methodologies such as TDD, BDD, ATDD, and Pair Programming. - Exhibit creativity in developing innovative and effective solutions. - Strong sense of ownership for the product, taking responsibility for its success. - Excellent communication skills, enabling effective consultation with stakeholders and team members. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
