Provide advanced application support for 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, and DraftSight. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, including application, access, and integration challenges escalated from initial support tiers. Manage incidents and service requests efficiently, ensuring SLA adherence and thorough documentation. Support and resolve integrations between CAD tools and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, managing roles, groups, and permissions. Coordinate with higher-level support, infrastructure teams, and vendors for critical issues, focusing on root cause analysis and permanent solutions. Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting resolutions and workarounds to minimize recurring incidents.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a preference for 5+ years in native applications like Catia, SolidWorks, and DraftSight, specifically with 3DEXPERIENCE integration. Must possess strong knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, DraftSight applications, and MQL. Familiarity with ITIL processes is beneficial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working effectively within a team environment.
