Lead the technical direction and architectural vision for custom software solutions. Guide engineering teams through the entire design and delivery process, establishing development standards to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance align with business objectives. This role focuses on driving innovation and delivering robust software products.

- Oversee end-to-end migration from XPDM to the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DEX) platform. - Design, develop, and customize solutions using 3DEXPERIENCE frameworks and JPO. - Configure XPDM and manage complex data migration to 3DEXPERIENCE. - Develop and enhance TCL scripts for automation. - Implement and consume Web Services (REST/SOAP) for migration and integration. - Utilize Talend for ETL, data transformation, and large-scale data migration. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to migration and customization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth migration and integration.

Requires a minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DEX) platform. Key skills include strong proficiency in Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA customization, extensive experience with XPDM and data migration activities, development using JPO, TCL scripting, mandatory experience with Talend for ETL and data transformation, and experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP). A solid understanding of PLM concepts, ENOVIA architecture, and data models is essential. Dassault Syst mes certifications and experience in large-scale PLM transformation programs are preferred.
