This Custom Software Engineering Lead role is focused on driving the technical vision and architectural design for bespoke software solutions. You will guide development teams through the complete design and delivery phases, setting high standards for code quality, scalability, and performance.

The position emphasizes delivering robust, efficient, and scalable software that directly supports business objectives. Fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging innovation are key to achieving successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include owning the technical direction and architecture of custom software projects, leading teams from design through to delivery. You will be instrumental in establishing development standards and ensuring the quality, scalability, and performance of code aligns with business goals.

This role involves deep engagement with Testing and Deployment concepts, including creating and recording test cases, preparing test data within the 3DExperience DELMIA environment, and reviewing test plans. You will also be responsible for validating test results and fully supporting unit and integration testing, with an awareness of both white box and black box testing methodologies.

A minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience is required, with a specific emphasis on Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of experience with 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA 2020x or later, focusing on functional testing. Strong functional knowledge of 3DExperience Delmia and experience with Test Automation are essential.

Proficiency in Agile project methodologies and experience with Azure cloud are advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are highly valued. A background of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this position, which is based in our Bengaluru office.
