The Custom Software Engineering Lead is instrumental in shaping the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software solutions. Daily activities involve leading project teams through the complete design and implementation phases, rigorously upholding development best practices.

A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining high code quality, optimizing application scalability, and enhancing overall performance to align seamlessly with organizational strategic goals. Collaborative efforts with diverse stakeholders are essential for driving project success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Develop and maintain custom CAA applications for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform according to design specifications. - Leverage technologies including C++, EKL scripting, C#, and JAVA for development. - Seamlessly integrate CAA applications with server/client scripts into the 3DEXPERIENCE Native apps platform. - Provide continuous technical support, resolve issues, and implement enhancements for developed applications. - Demonstrate awareness of Core Native apps concepts, including data models, data setup, server business logic, and metadata configuration, to add value.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is mandatory for this role. Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization is a required skill.

Experience with EKL Business logics, understanding how apps function, and data setup processes is essential. The role also requires hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform customization using CAA.

While not mandatory, exposure to 3DEXPERIENCE web services is advantageous. Candidates should be capable of understanding and contributing to technical solutions from the 3DEXPERIENCE design phase through to code implementation.

This position demands the ability to provide solutions and offer mentoring support to the team. Taking ownership of individual tasks, including implementation and bug fixing, is crucial, ensuring timely and quality delivery of assignments. Extending support to the team when needed is also expected.

Awareness and adherence to best practices for coding standards of Enovia API/EKL/CAA are important. Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Jira is beneficial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
