Lead the technical direction and architecture for custom software solutions, guiding teams from design through to successful delivery. You will establish robust development standards, ensuring the quality, scalability, and performance of code align perfectly with business objectives. This role involves owning the complete software development lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to coding, documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities include writing and implementing secure, maintainable, and effective software. You'll be involved in quality assurance through various testing methodologies, including test automation, and database design and optimization. Maintaining build pipelines, infrastructure, and middleware is crucial. Upholding software craftsmanship, promoting clean code, and participating in peer reviews are essential. You will identify opportunities for synergy, optimization, and refactoring. Engaging with stakeholders for feature evaluation, planning, and consulting to gain and share business domain insights is also part of the role. Operations, monitoring of delivered products, and third-level support are included, along with potential special responsibilities like release management. Collaboration with developers, product owners, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and other stakeholders is expected.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required, with a preference for candidates with 3-5 years of experience. Proficiency in JavaScript and Spring Boot is considered a valuable asset. A comprehensive 15 years of full-time education is mandatory. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adheres to clean code principles, and has experience with various software development techniques like TDD, BDD, ATDD, and Pair Programming.
