The Custom Software Engineering Lead is responsible for the overall technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This includes mentoring and guiding development teams throughout the software design and implementation lifecycle. A key focus is on setting and maintaining robust development standards to ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and meet organizational goals.

Possess a strong command of Java Standard Edition. Demonstrate extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures. Exhibit a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Proven ability to optimize application performance and ensure code quality via rigorous testing and reviews. Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes is essential. Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Standard Edition is necessary. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
