Lead the technical direction and architecture for custom software solutions, guiding teams through design and successful delivery. Establish robust development standards, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance align with business objectives.

This role involves owning the complete lifecycle of custom software solutions, from initial concept to final deployment. You will be instrumental in setting the technical vision and ensuring the team adheres to best practices for building high-quality, scalable, and performant applications that meet critical business needs.

Spearhead the end-to-end implementation of DELMIA solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for manufacturing clients. Collaborate with diverse teams to define and refine digital manufacturing processes, ensuring they precisely meet client-specific requirements.

Key duties include manufacturing BOM creation, process planning, work instruction development, resource management, process simulation, ergonomic validation, and factory flow and assembly planning using DELMIA tools. Provide essential technical and functional support during solution deployment and offer post-deployment user assistance and training to ensure full adoption of DELMIA functionalities. Propose innovative solutions or workarounds for customer requests leveraging DELMIA's out-of-the-box capabilities.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA is essential. Demonstrated expertise in DELMIA functional capabilities within the 3DEXPERIENCE 16x ecosystem is required. Proficiency in MBOM, process plan/flow, process sheet/work instruction creation, library management, resource management, factory flow simulation, and ergonomic validations is crucial.

Candidates must be familiar with DELMIA activities executable on the web and possess a deep understanding of out-of-the-box DELMIA functionality and capabilities. Experience in DELMIA-based digital manufacturing for automotive, aerospace, or industrial equipment clients is highly valued. Participation in transformation programs, process implementation, and adoption support across multiple locations, as well as collaboration with global teams on joint initiatives, are significant advantages.
