Key responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define campaign objectives and gather requirements, ensuring seamless integration of visual elements with creative teams. You will be responsible for designing and developing responsive HTML email templates optimized for various email clients and devices, incorporating dynamic content and personalization using languages like AMPscript or SSJS.

Thorough testing of email rendering across different platforms is crucial to ensure consistent display and functionality. Staying current with email design best practices, industry trends, and marketing standards will be essential for creating impactful email campaigns. Troubleshooting and resolving HTML/CSS issues during development and execution are also part of the role.

Furthermore, you will manage work orchestration and data hygiene, accurately recording updates in ticketing systems and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. Completing required reports accurately for both client and leadership is a key expectation. A strong understanding of the ticketing/request management tool is necessary to provide a seamless campaign experience.

We are seeking candidates with a graduate qualification and 3 to 5 years of experience. While not mandatory, a Marketo Certified Practitioner certification is preferred. Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 is required, along with hands-on experience in coding responsive HTML email templates that render consistently across different email clients and devices.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Braze, or Adobe Builder is essential, including the use of Content Builder, Data Extensions, and AMPscript for personalization. Knowledge of JavaScript and AMPscript will enable advanced dynamic content personalization and interactivity within emails.

Experience with email automation tools and processes, including journey-based emails and triggered campaigns, is expected. Basic graphic design skills to assist in creating visual elements for email templates are beneficial. An understanding of SQL queries for data management and experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests to optimize campaign performance are also important. Awareness of email accessibility best practices is required to ensure inclusive and compliant emails.
