Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). You will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and enhancing TRM solutions. This role leverages AI-assisted development tools and copilots to boost efficiency in financial analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting. The primary aim is to elevate treasury operations, improve financial risk visibility, and streamline integration, rather than developing core AI models.

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing TRM modules such as Cash & Liquidity Management and Transaction Manager. You will utilize AI copilots for preparing functional documents, validating configurations, generating test cases, and automating repetitive tasks. Supporting end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to hypercare is crucial. Integration of TRM with various financial systems and external platforms is also a core part of the role.

Furthermore, you'll employ AI copilots for treasury process analysis, exposure interpretation, and accelerating testing and documentation. Utilizing pre-built AI services for anomaly detection and transaction classification, along with LLM-assisted troubleshooting, will be essential. Ensuring solutions adhere to financial controls, audit requirements, and compliance policies is paramount.

A strong foundation in SAP Treasury with in-depth knowledge of TRM areas like financial instruments lifecycle, valuations, and market data handling is required. Experience integrating TRM with FI, CO, BCM, IHC, and external systems is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based documentation tools, and AI-supported test automation, focusing on integrating pre-built AI features into treasury workflows.

Excellent analytical skills related to treasury processes and financial instruments are expected, alongside the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP TRM configurations. Effective communication with treasury and finance stakeholders and a continuous learning mindset for adopting AI-assisted tools are vital. A minimum of three years of relevant experience is mandatory, along with a 15-year full-time education.
