Design, code, and enhance system components for custom software solutions. Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices for scalable, high-performance delivery. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations. Review team deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy. Support change management and end-user adoption initiatives. Escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership. Contribute to the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and standard reports.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in custom software development. Must possess strong proficiency in UKG Pro. Demonstrated experience with Workforce Management or HCM implementations, with at least 2 years of hands-on work with Workforce Software solutions like Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence. Experience in functional design and implementation is essential. Ability to translate business needs into functional designs that align with Workforce Software best practices. Solid knowledge of pay rules, accruals, attendance policies, shift scheduling, workforce planning, absence/leave rules, and compliance. Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements from HR, Operations, Payroll, and Compliance stakeholders. Proficiency in collaborating with integration teams on data interfaces with HRIS (SAP, Workday, Oracle), payroll platforms, time capture devices, or mobile applications. Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations is a plus.
