Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Perform essential maintenance and configuration tasks for Kronos modules, including accruals and timekeeper functions. Provide valuable support during functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Assist clients with testing procedures, ensuring a clear understanding of the solution and providing guidance during system handover. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required for this role. Possess a strong background in Workforce Management, with at least 4-5 years of domain experience. Demonstrate a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with Pro WFM. Showcase very good experience with Kronos, including functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, and Basic Scheduler. Familiarity with Business Structure Setup and Labor Category Setup within Pro WFM is essential. Knowledge of Tiles Setup and Display Profiles Setup in Pro WFM is required. Must have experience implementing Advanced Scheduler, including at least one end-to-end SI project. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Exhibit creative and analytical problem-solving skills. Possess strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients, managing tasks with minimal supervision. Demonstrate an aptitude for building, managing, and fostering a team-oriented environment. Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.
