We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance software components. This role involves creating scalable, high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices, tailored to meet specific business requirements. You will play a key part in bringing innovative applications to life, ensuring they function seamlessly and efficiently.

As an integral part of the team, you will focus on application development, building and configuring software to align with business processes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams, analyzing user needs, and developing robust software solutions. Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP is crucial for success in this role, contributing to the creation of impactful applications.

Independently perform duties and develop expertise to become a subject matter expert. Actively contribute to team discussions and provide valuable input. Offer solutions to complex work-related challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and architect software solutions. Develop and customize applications leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360. Execute testing and debugging to guarantee application functionality and optimal performance. Provide essential technical support and resolve any identified issues or bugs. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to foster continuous improvement in application development processes.

A strong foundation in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360 is mandatory, including experience with integrations, Data Streams, and designing Data Models. Candidates must also be proficient in creating Segments, Activations, and Calculated Insights.

Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of Salesforce Development features and ideally have experience with data analysis and visualization tools. A solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies, along with experience in designing and building applications to meet business needs, is essential. Familiarity with database management systems and SQL is also required.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360. A foundational education of 15 years of full-time study is a prerequisite for this position.
