As a Custom Software Engineer, you'll be expected to operate independently and become a subject matter expert. Your role includes active participation in team discussions and contributing to problem-solving. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to grasp project requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Maintaining and enhancing existing software components for better performance and reliability is key. Additionally, you'll document development processes and code changes, and mentor junior team members.

This position requires a strong command of Salesforce Lightning Web Components and a proven ability to develop reusable components for complex applications. A solid understanding of component-based architecture and contemporary web development practices is essential. The ideal candidate can effectively troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure high-quality deliverables and is familiar with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components is mandatory, along with 15 years of full-time education. This role is based onsite within India.
