Additional duties involve documenting development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance, as well as guiding and supporting junior team members to foster their professional development.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations is mandatory for this position. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices within enterprise software environments, along with experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions. The ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues is crucial.

Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques for seamless system data flow, and an understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements for software integrations, are also expected. A requirement of 15 years of full-time education is necessary.
