Ensure applications meet rigorous performance and security standards through code reviews and adherence to best practices.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required for this role. We are seeking candidates with 5 to 12 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect capacity focusing on application-heavy systems. Demonstrable experience building and deploying solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is essential.

Proficiency in .NET and Python for backend development is crucial, alongside hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular. Basic exposure to AI/ML integration and practical experience with integration patterns and microservices architecture are necessary. Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform, Bicep) is expected.
