Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on the development of bespoke software solutions. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications.

Utilize modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to unique business requirements. We seek individuals adept at creating robust software that addresses specific client needs and drives innovation.

Develop and maintain sophisticated automated test scripts using industry-leading tools such as Selenium and Playwright. Craft and refine automation frameworks with languages like Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Execute comprehensive automated test suites for web applications, ensuring functionality, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.

Collaborate closely with manual testers, developers, and product owners to deeply understand project requirements. Identify, log, and meticulously track defects using JIRA. Integrate automation tests seamlessly into CI-CD pipelines including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.

Analyze test results to provide clear, detailed reports to stakeholders. Continuously work towards improving test coverage, automation reliability, and overall performance. Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to contribute to an agile development process.

A strong foundation in custom software engineering is essential, with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and hands-on expertise with Playwright are mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate strong coding skills in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

Familiarity with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, or Jest is required, alongside a solid understanding of the Page Object Model (POM) and other automation design patterns. A good grasp of SDLC and STLC, coupled with experience in Git for version control, is also crucial.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies is expected. Additional advantages include experience with API testing, BDD frameworks like Cucumber, cross-browser testing, Docker, and cloud testing platforms. Basic SQL knowledge for data validation is beneficial.
