You should possess experience in creating segments, activations, and calculated insights, alongside a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Experience in application design and building to meet business requirements is essential. While Salesforce Development features are good to have, a deep understanding of the core Salesforce data platform is critical for success in this position.
