Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on SAP FSCM Credit Management. This role involves designing, configuring, and enhancing credit processes. You will leverage AI-powered tools and copilots to significantly accelerate tasks such as requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution. The primary goal is to deliver robust customer credit evaluation, monitoring, and risk mitigation capabilities. This position integrates pre-built AI services to enhance accuracy and efficiency, without requiring custom AI model development or complex AI architectures.

Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP Credit Management processes, such as Master Data & Scoring Rules, Limits, Approvals & Exposure Management, and Credit Checks. You will utilize AI copilots to speed up the creation of functional specifications, configuration documentation, and testing procedures. This role supports end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Coordination with external credit agencies and middleware is also a part of this role. Additionally, you will apply AI copilots for requirement summarization, impact analysis, automated documentation, and faster troubleshooting. Integration of pre-built AI services for intelligent credit scoring, anomaly detection, and predictive signals is expected.

Essential requirements include hands-on expertise with SAP FSCM Credit Management, covering rule-based scoring, credit control areas, limit approvals, and exposure calculations. A strong understanding of integration with SD, FI AR, and Collections/Disputes is necessary. Experience with AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators is crucial. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into credit and risk workflows is important. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in financial risk and credit processes are vital. Effective communication and collaboration across finance, sales, and risk teams are expected. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-driven productivity tools are essential.
