Develop and configure Copilot Studio agents end-to-end, including designing topics, knowledge sources, and generative answers. Extend agent capabilities using Power Automate, MCP Server tool connections, and Azure AI Foundry models. Build and maintain Power Automate flows for backend processes and system integration. Implement and consume MCP Server tool/plugin connections. Configure and test agent publishing across multiple channels and manage environment ALM practices. Tune agent behavior and prompts, leveraging Azure AI Foundry for advanced grounding when necessary. Conduct unit-level testing and troubleshoot conversational issues. Apply responsible AI practices throughout development. Collaborate with the team on agent design, security, and ALM alignment.

Requires strong development experience with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative orchestration, knowledge sources, publishing, and ALM. Must have working knowledge of Power Automate for flow-based automation and integration. Experience configuring MCP Server/tool connections is essential. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry for model selection, prompt engineering, and grounding patterns is a plus. Understanding of responsible AI principles and bias/safety validation practices is necessary. Agile delivery experience and strong debugging skills are preferred.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and complete 15 years of full-time education.
