As a Senior Analyst, you'll build and configure applications to meet dynamic business process and application needs. Your daily activities will involve close collaboration with team members to deeply understand project requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure seamless application functionality that supports organizational objectives. You will actively participate in problem-solving discussions, significantly contributing to the success of all engaged projects.

Independently perform duties and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute in team discussions to drive collaborative problem-solving. Provide effective solutions to complex work-related challenges. Assist in the comprehensive documentation of application processes and workflows. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements and implement robust solutions.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is mandatory. 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a primary requirement. Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Recruiting is highly beneficial. A strong understanding of diverse application development methodologies is expected. Familiarity with integration techniques and tools specifically related to SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous. Experience with data migration processes and associated tools will be a valuable asset.
