Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and contribute to innovative SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions. This role focuses on leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance efficiency in requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. You will deliver effective Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrate pre-built AI services, and boost productivity through AI enablement, rather than deep AI model development.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in SAP SD who are eager to explore and implement AI-driven enhancements in a dynamic environment.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. Utilize AI copilots to accelerate the creation of functional specifications, validate pricing logic, and automate test case generation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, and integrate SD with other SAP modules and external systems.

Apply AI-enabled tools for process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning. Incorporate pre-built AI features for automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Leverage LLM assistance for faster incident resolution and ensure solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices and compliance requirements.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in SAP SD is required, with a strong understanding of O2C processes. Essential skills include expertise in order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, pricing procedures, and SD/FI & SD/MM integrations. Familiarity with master data, IDocs, and common SD troubleshooting steps is crucial.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD workflows, coupled with an understanding of responsible AI usage, is important. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
