You will play a key part in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SD processes, utilizing AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline various project phases. This position emphasizes delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions and integrating pre-built AI services to boost productivity.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery & Shipment Processing, Billing & Invoicing, Credit Management, and Returns & Refunds. Utilize AI copilots to expedite the creation of functional specifications, validation of pricing logic, generation of test cases, and documentation. Support full implementation cycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware.

Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, impact analysis for changes, test planning, and documentation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows, such as automated exception detection in billing or intelligent order classification. Leverage LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP SD processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Demonstrate experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and cross-module dependencies. Familiarity with master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps is essential. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.

Experience using AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools is crucial. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows is necessary. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios, with the capacity to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations.
