We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineer with a strong background in SQL Server, Databricks, ETL processes, and data analytics. Responsibilities include optimizing data solutions, managing large-scale data integration, ensuring data quality, and automating processes across enterprise data platforms. Your contributions will be crucial in driving data-driven decision-making.

- Develop and optimize custom software solutions, focusing on design, coding, and enhancement. - Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices for scalable, high-performance deliveries. - Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and optimize performance. - Build and manage data pipelines using Databricks, ETL/ELT workflows, and Spark for large-scale data transformation. - Provide Level 2/3 production support for data platforms, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. - Conduct data validation, quality checks, and collaborate on resolving anomalies. - Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to generate analytical insights. - Create automation frameworks for validation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience required. - Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Databricks, and Power BI. - Strong skills in ETL/Data Engineering, Power Automate, and Power Apps. - Expertise in writing Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and performance tuning. - Demonstrated ability in data validation and reconciliation. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Availability to support Shift-B operations until 11:00 AM PST. - Must be willing to work 5 days a week from the office in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Coimbatore.
