Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and contribute to designing and building tailored software solutions. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to create scalable, high-performance applications that meet specific business requirements. This role involves enhancing components across various systems, ensuring robust and efficient software delivery.

Your day-to-day activities will focus on the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. You'll collaborate with talented teams, translate complex needs into technical designs, and drive the implementation of innovative solutions. A strong emphasis will be placed on rigorous testing and continuous optimization to deliver exceptional user experiences and application performance.

Develop and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, CCW, Studio, SOAP, REST APIs, and OFI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications. Create custom reports and calculated fields for Workday. Familiarity with Extend and Prism is a significant advantage.

Function as a subject matter expert, performing independently and contributing actively to team discussions. Provide practical solutions to project-related challenges and assist in documenting application processes. Engage in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and adherence to best practices.

A minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in Workday Core Integrations is essential. Proficiency in Workday Studio is also a core requirement. You should possess a strong understanding of application development methodologies and be skilled in using integration tools and techniques.

Experience with data mapping and transformation processes is necessary, alongside a proven ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve application issues. This role requires a candidate with a total of 15 years of full-time education and is based in our Pune office.
