Join us as a Custom Software Engineer, specializing in Packaged Application Development. This full-time role focuses on designing, coding, and enhancing system components using modern frameworks and agile practices. You'll leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate the entire development lifecycle, from analysis to problem resolution, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions.

This position involves configuring and optimizing SAP Materials Management (MM) processes. You will utilize AI copilots to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The goal is to enhance procurement, inventory management, and supplier collaboration by integrating pre-built AI capabilities to boost productivity.

Configure and optimize SAP MM processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase Requisition/Order Management, Source List & Quota Arrangements, Vendor Management, Inventory Management, Material Master Data, and Release Strategies. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configuration logic, create test cases, and automate documentation. Support end-to-end delivery across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate MM with SD, FI, PP, QM, and external supplier systems using standard APIs, IDocs, and middleware. Apply AI tools to accelerate requirement interpretation, process design, data validation, error diagnostics, test creation, and document generation. Integrate pre-built AI services to enhance MM operations, such as automated classification, predictive signals, and intelligent summarization. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution time. Ensure compliance with procurement governance, audit policies, and material master standards. Participate in workshops and process optimization discussions supported by AI insights. Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, finance, production, QM, and integration teams.

A strong understanding of SAP MM is essential, including P2P processes, purchasing document flows, vendor evaluation, and inventory management. Proven experience configuring material master, vendor master, PO/PR processing, goods movements, and release strategies. Familiarity with integration across SAP modules like SD, FI, PP, and QM, as well as knowledge of IDocs, outputs, pricing procedures, and common MM troubleshooting patterns. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators is required. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into MM workflows for automation and insight generation is crucial. Understanding of responsible AI usage, data quality impacts, and AI limitations in procurement contexts. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills in procurement and material management scenarios. Ability to translate business requirements into logical, scalable SAP MM configurations. Clear communication and collaboration skills across functional business teams are expected. A continuous learning mindset and comfort adopting AI-enabled productivity tools are necessary. Minimum 3 years of experience is required, with a preference for candidates with 2-5 years of overall experience. Requires 15 years of full-time education.
