Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing and enhancing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable, high-performing solutions. This role emphasizes utilizing AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate various stages of the development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to troubleshooting, aiming for efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions.

Configure and optimize SAP SD modules including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, automating test cases, and accelerating documentation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles, from gathering requirements to post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems.

Employ AI-enabled tools to enhance process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for tasks like automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times.

Ensure solutions adhere to SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements. Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve O2C alignment. Contribute reusable templates and best practices enhanced by AI accelerators.

A strong foundation in SAP SD is essential, with a deep understanding of O2C processes such as order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, along with knowledge of master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps, is required.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis. You should be capable of integrating pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, understanding the responsible use and limitations of AI in commercial workflows.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios. Ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP SD configurations. Effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial for working with cross-functional stakeholders. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools are highly valued.
