We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance components across various systems and applications.

This role involves utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. The primary focus is on developing custom software that meets unique requirements.

Candidates must possess strong SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) skills. The position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to improve efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Configure and optimize SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) components, including order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, credit management, and returns.

Utilize AI copilots for tasks such as drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, automating test case generation, and accelerating documentation creation.

Support end-to-end implementation cycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware.

Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for tasks like exception detection and order classification.

Ensure solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements. Partner with various teams to achieve end-to-end O2C alignment.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required, with a strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes and O2C workflows.

Candidates must have a solid grasp of SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, knowledge of master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps.

Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools is essential. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows is key.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios, effective communication, and a continuous learning mindset are expected. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
