As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, code, and enhance components across various systems and applications, delivering scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Your role will involve providing solutions to work-related problems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. You will also maintain and enhance existing software applications to boost performance and user experience.

Additionally, you will document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications, ensuring knowledge sharing and supporting future maintenance. Assisting junior team members through guidance and support is also part of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, with experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments.

A strong understanding of database concepts and the ability to write efficient queries for HANA databases are necessary. Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools is expected, along with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex software systems.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory qualification for this role.
