Configure and customize the Salesforce platform to precisely meet evolving business requirements. Actively participate in SAFe events, demonstrating a strong understanding of the framework. Contribute to application design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring functional and technical requirements are met. Conduct thorough triaging, troubleshooting, root cause, and impact analysis for issues. Develop, execute tests, and produce necessary documentation. Utilize best practices for enhancements, bug fixes, and ongoing support on the Salesforce.com platform.

Maintain application stability and functionality through rigorous testing. Provide end-user technical assistance for bug fixes, enhancements, and guidance. Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and workability of information for all stakeholders. Basic understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins/CLI is also beneficial.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Configurations, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Flows, and API Integrations is essential. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and working knowledge of IDEs such as Eclipse or VS Code are valued.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including security models, data management, and object configurations. Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, is highly desired.
