Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on SAP MM Materials Management. You will play a key part in designing, coding, and improving components across various systems and applications.

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with 15 years of full-time education, and possess the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective software solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with AI-assisted development tools, accelerating development cycles and enhancing productivity.

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing SAP Materials Management (MM) processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase Requisition/Order Management, Vendor Management, and Inventory Management. You will utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configuration logic, and create high-quality test cases. Support will be provided for end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Collaboration with other SAP modules like SD, FI, PP, and QM, as well as external supplier systems, will be essential.

Furthermore, you will apply AI tools to accelerate requirement interpretation, process design, data validation, and error diagnostics. This includes creating test cases, performing regression analysis, and automating documentation. The role also involves integrating pre-built AI services to enhance MM operations, such as automated classification and predictive analytics. You will ensure compliance with procurement governance and collaborate with various teams to deliver cohesive MM solutions, contributing reusable templates and AI-augmented best practices.

Required skills include a strong understanding of SAP MM, particularly P2P processes, purchasing document flows, vendor evaluation, and inventory management. Experience with configuring material master, vendor master, PO/PR processing, goods movements, and release strategies is essential. Familiarity with integration across SD, FI, PP, and QM, along with knowledge of IDocs, outputs, and common MM troubleshooting patterns, is required.

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience using AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators.
