Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and play a key role in developing innovative software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and improving components across various systems and applications, leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable and high-performing results that meet specific business requirements.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable backend and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) applications, particularly for OTT and digital media platforms. You will build RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrate a wide range of AWS services, and manage the entire feature delivery lifecycle from conception to deployment.

Responsibilities also encompass writing maintainable TypeScript code with thorough automated testing, managing dependencies and security updates, troubleshooting production issues, and participating in on-call rotations. You will also provide technical guidance, risk assessments, and mentor engineering teams, fostering collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering is required, with a strong emphasis on Node.js and AWS development. Candidates must be proficient in designing and developing backend services, building APIs, and integrating various AWS services.

Essential qualifications include expertise in Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems, and a solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code is also expected. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for this role.
