As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. This role leverages modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.

You will focus on developing custom software solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements. The objective is to create robust and efficient applications that drive business value and improve user experiences.

Key responsibilities include delivering robust, enterprise-grade integrations and facilitating technical interactions throughout the customer lifecycle. You will lead technical discussions with clients, collaborate with Pre-Sales Architects and Project Managers on integrated solutions, and oversee technical development following standard operating procedures.

Troubleshooting technical issues, providing post-deployment support for integrations, and assessing integration needs are also crucial. This involves defining solutions, explaining integration processes, and developing integration solutions through programming, IPaaS orchestration, or ETL configuration.

A Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of overall software development experience is required. You should possess over 5 years of experience in client-facing integration and/or implementation roles, encompassing areas like software development, networking, and operations.

Proficiency with Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or similar IPaaS providers is desired, alongside familiarity with Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases/SQL. Experience with data migration and strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are essential for this role.
