Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in Java Full Stack Development and have prior experience within the Life Insurance sector. We are also interested in candidates with experience in Microsoft SQL Server, Python, and C++.

Key responsibilities include investigating and triaging reported issues across the platform's product portfolio, providing detailed log analysis, and classifying validated issues. You will transform raw reports into engineering-ready specifications, identify systemic issue patterns, and deliver regular reports on triage outcomes. Ensuring data privacy and security compliance is paramount, alongside meeting defined SLAs and KPIs.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Proficiency in querying structured data (SQL), log analysis tools, and dashboard creation is required. Familiarity with client-server architectures, APIs, and backend systems is beneficial. Experience with JSON parsing, regex, and scripting languages like Python is a plus. An understanding of priority/severity frameworks and GenAI concepts is also valuable.
