Spearhead the development of custom software solutions, meticulously designing, coding, and enhancing components across diverse systems and applications. This position focuses on architecting, configuring, and refining SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. You will leverage AI-powered development tools and copilots to expedite requirement analysis, configuration tasks, testing procedures, documentation creation, and troubleshooting efforts. The core objective is to deliver efficient Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions, seamlessly integrating pre-built AI services where advantageous, and boosting overall productivity through AI assistance rather than focusing on deep AI model development, RAG, or agentic AI systems.

Configure and optimize SAP SD modules, including Order Management, Pricing, Conditions & Discounts, Delivery & Shipment Processing, Billing & Invoicing, Credit Management, and Returns & Refunds. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing logic, automate test case creation, and accelerate documentation. Support the entire implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support. Integrate SD functionalities with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems via standard APIs and middleware.

Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis for change requests, test planning, and documentation automation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows, such as automated exception detection in billing or pricing, intelligent order classification, or smart summarization of order/delivery issues. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting during incidents to significantly reduce resolution times.

Ensure solutions comply with organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, pricing governance, and compliance mandates. Lead workshops, solution walkthroughs, and optimization discussions, benefiting from AI-supported insights. Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, supply chain, master data, and technical teams to achieve comprehensive O2C alignment. Contribute reusable templates, test packs, and best practices enhanced by AI-assisted accelerators.

Possess a strong understanding of O2C processes, encompassing order creation, availability-to-promise (ATP), shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Exhibit proven experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, including a solid grasp of cross-module dependencies. Demonstrate knowledge of master data (customer, material, pricing, credit), IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting techniques.

Gain practical experience utilizing AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing and analysis tools. Be capable of integrating pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, distinct from developing custom LLMs or agentic systems. Understand the principles of responsible AI usage and its inherent limitations, particularly within commercial workflows.

Develop robust analytical and problem-solving skills within O2C scenarios. Effectively translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations. Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and demonstrate comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools.
