Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on Packaged Application Development. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing software components using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs, with a focus on SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, test creation, and troubleshooting. The position emphasizes integration, quality delivery, and AI-enabled productivity, without requiring deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing.

Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to streamline analysis and documentation.

Support end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to hypercare.

Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems.

Employ AI copilots for functional specifications, configuration validation, test script generation, impact analysis, and documentation.

Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to improve finance processes.

Utilize AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, and system performance standards.

Collaborate with finance users, functional and technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Contribute to reusable templates, best practices, and AI-assisted development methodologies.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting (AA), Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation and compliance is essential.

Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required.

Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools is necessary.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities within finance processes and data.

Possess clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
