Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, specializing in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). You will be instrumental in developing and enhancing custom software solutions that drive our business forward. This role involves leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies to create scalable, high-performing applications tailored to specific business needs.

This position focuses on delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating AI-assisted development tools to accelerate various stages of the project lifecycle, including analysis, coding, testing, and documentation. You will utilize AI copilots and pre-built AI services to boost productivity and streamline workflows, rather than focusing on deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, covering areas such as Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns. Leverage AI copilots to expedite the creation of functional specifications, validation of pricing logic, automated test case generation, and documentation. Support the entire implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing solutions to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems using standard APIs and middleware. Employ AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for enhanced capabilities like automated exception detection and intelligent order prioritization. Utilize LLM assistance for troubleshooting during incidents to reduce resolution times.

A strong foundation in SAP SD is essential, with a deep understanding of O2C processes like order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, and credit checks. Demonstrated experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, understanding cross-module dependencies. Familiarity with master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing and analysis. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows is crucial. Understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations in commercial workflows. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios. Capacity to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations. Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
