Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing and enhancing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting capabilities. This role leverages AI-assisted development tools to accelerate financial processes, integration, and quality delivery.

You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to build scalable, high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. The position emphasizes AI-enabled productivity without requiring deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering.

Configure and refine core SAP FI components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations using AI copilots to streamline analysis and documentation.

Support the entire delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems via standard integration patterns and APIs.

Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configuration, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services for tasks like anomaly detection and intelligent validations to enhance finance processes. Employ AI tools for financial data interpretation and faster error resolution.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation and compliance.

Demonstrate experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD. Gain hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools. Understand AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills in finance processes and data. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. Ability to translate business needs into well-structured SAP finance solutions is essential. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows are key.
