Drive the design and development of cutting-edge infotainment applications for the automotive sector. This role focuses on creating high-performance, automotive-grade user experiences using Android Automotive OS (AAOS), encompassing full-stack architecture, HAL integration, and system-level collaboration.

Lead the end-to-end development of infotainment applications within AAOS, prioritizing modularity, performance, and maintainability. Architect comprehensive full-stack solutions for key features like media, navigation, and user profiles. Develop critical modules for VHAL and other HALs via AIDL/HIDL, and seamlessly integrate applications with system services and vendor-specific frameworks.

Effectively debug and optimize across application, framework, and HAL layers for maximum stability. Collaborate closely with platform, hardware, and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and rigorous validation. Mentor junior developers, championing best practices in architecture, code quality, and testing. Document and present technical designs and specifications to stakeholders.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Android application development, with a strong preference for automotive or embedded domains, is required. Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and C++ (14/17) is essential, alongside a deep understanding of Android SDK, NDK, Jetpack libraries, and MVVM architecture.

Demonstrated experience with Android components (Activities, Services, etc.), AIDL/HIDL, VHAL, and HAL-to-app communication is crucial. Familiarity with AAOS car services, infotainment integration, and relevant hardware interfaces like BT, Wi-Fi, GPS, and CAN at the application level is expected. Experience with partitioning concepts, media, navigation, and cloud communication applications is beneficial. Proficiency in testing frameworks and tools such as Git, CI/CD, and debugging utilities is also required.
